RETURN POLICY
These policies are valid for www.shoptropicaledge.com Our main purpose is to fulfill all the expectations of our customers. It is understood that when buying any of our products the customer accepts the terms, conditions and return policies specified below.
- If after receiving the products the customer is not satisfied, www.shoptropicaledge.com allows the change of product by: Size, Color or Reference
- The customer will have a period of 10 days from receipt of the product to send SHOP TROPICAL EDGE any claim in relation to the product supplied. After that period, the client will consider the products as compliant.
- The claim must be made through this email customerservice@shoptropicaledge.com or the following form
Claims will be answered within a maximum period of 72 working hours.
- SHOP TROPICAL EDGE is not responsible and reserves the right to refuse possible returns in case of merchandise in poor condition due to misuse.
- The product must not be used or washed.
- The product must have all the labels on it, including any hanging label from the brand.
- The product marked as “SALE or DISCOUNT” cannot be returned.
* Jewelry and accessories (handbags, shawls, scarfs and others) cannot be returned. Sales for these products are final. Once the purchase is made, there are no exchanges. Any issues with an item must be raised via customerservice@tropicaledge.com within 48 hours of delivery, otherwise the sale is deemed final.
* EmpapelArte pieces are personalized pieces, made to order, therefore, there is no return.
- SHOP TROPICAL EDGE will not assume any shipping costs related to any return or exchange.
- After 10 days of making the purchase, no refunds or exchanges will be made.
- In the store credit can only be used on our website www.shoptropicaledge.com
- To make effective the change of your product you must create an account in our online store and make use of your credit, which never expires.
- Refunds will be processed once the product has been received in our office and inspected.
GUARANTEE PROCESS
If within the first 10 days after the moment of receipt, the garment you purchased presents some quality problem or defect, and you have complied with the care and washing recommendations, you must make a request through this form on our website. This request will be answered within a maximum period of 72 working hours. SHOP TROPICAL EDGE will be responsible for making the product change and will assume the shipping costs. When shipping, it is necessary to send the product with all its labels and original packaging.
