If a situation arises, lack of availability, SHOP TROPICAL EDGE will promptly inform its customers, by email of our Customer Service, about this situation beyond our control, indicating the estimated delivery time.

PAYMENTS

The customer is obliged to pay the purchase order made by www.shoptropicaledge.com in full. The type of payment is with a Visa or Mastercard credit card.

PARENTAL CONTROL

Products are only available to people who have the legal capacity to contract. Products cannot be purchased by people who do not have that capacity and minors. CANCELLATIONS

LIMIT AND RESPONSIBILITY

We are not responsible for purchases made with credit cards without prior authorization from the owner or stolen; it being understood that the person making the purchase is fully authorized to carry out the transaction and that, therefore, we cannot refuse to process it. Making transactions online without the prior consent of the owner or with stolen cards constitutes a fraud which is punishable by Panamanian law.

Payment not recognized for disagreements with the service or ignorance of the payment method

We are affiliated with a Financial Institution with high standards at the regional level, which provides us with credit card collection, serving as our sole responsibility to be a secure collection agent for our clients with the card issuing bank. You are informed that your bill will show the purchase charge under the name of BIRD OF PARADISE S.A.

We do not accept under any circumstances, any payment not recognized by the customer for lack of knowledge of the form of payment or for disagreements with the delivery. The fact of establishing a claim with the bank, ignoring its purchase, implies a suspicion of potential fraud; so that with the information of the order, signature of receipt of the order by the addressee, sufficient evidence will have to support the claim that is filed. It will be of vital importance that the client always contact us to clarify any point.

CONSUMER PROTECTION

We undertake to comply with the provisions of the Consumer Protection and Defense Law and the guidelines regarding privacy policy.

UNEXPECTED

Any situation not foreseen in these policies will be resolved by our Customer Service Center.
