What are your customer service hours of operation?

Our hours of operations are Monday to Friday from10:00 a.m. a 6:30 p.m. EST

How do I know my clothing size?

Each piece of clothing has its own size chart on the description section. If you are not sure how it will fit you, don’t hesitate in contacting us at info@shoptropicaledge.com.

How do I measure myself?

1. Chest: Measure the circumference of your chest. Place one end of the tape measure at the fullest part of your bust. Wrap it around your body under your armpits, before bringing the tape measure back to the front of the measurement.

2. Waist: Measure the circumference of your waist. Use the tape to circle your body at your natural waistline, which is located above your belly button and below your rib cage. (If you bend to the side, the crease that forms is your natural waistline.)

3. Hip: Measure the circumference of your hips. Start at one hip and wrap the tape measure around your butt, around the other hip, and back to where you started. Make sure the tape is over the largest part of your booty. Ensuring the measuring tape is level across your butt can be difficult, so we suggest you do it in front of a mirror.

What is your return/exchange policy for clothing?

The customer will have a period of 10 days from receipt of the product to send SHOP TROPICAL EDGE any claim in relation to the product supplied.

After that period, the client will consider the products as compliant. For more information continue reading here or send us your name and email in the form below.

    What is your return/exchange policy for jewelry and accessories?

    Jewelry and accessories (handbags, shawls, scarfs and others) cannot be returned. Sales for these products are final. Once the purchase is made, there are no exchanges.

    Any issues with an item must be raised via customerservice@shoptropicaledge.com within 48 hours of delivery, otherwise the sale is deemed final.
